I use the email service which is bundled with my Demon broadband package, can I cancel my old Legend email service?
Legend Mail Migration
If you have Demon email service bundled with your Demon broadband (with email addresses ending .demon.co.uk) and are now exclusively using that service, then you could consider the following:
- If you previously purchased a freestanding chargeable email service from Legend consider cancelling your Legend email service to make a cost saving.
- If your Legend email service was part of a product bundle, no cost saving can be made so you need not do anything, i.e. let the migration deadline pass and your old Legend email addresses will cease automatically.
If your old email address was of the format user@pipemedia.net or user@kbnet.net there is a further option. Ask for your email addressed to your old account to be diverted, free of charge, to your Demon email address that is associated with your Demon broadband or Demon Standard Dial Up account. Simply follow the instructions emailed to you on 14th February 2008.
